These terms cover your use of happydesigncompany.com and the internal tools Happy Design Co. operates. By using this website, you agree to them.

1. Using This Website: You’re welcome to browse this site and contact us through it. Please don’t try to disrupt it, access parts of it you aren’t meant to, or use it for anything unlawful.

2. Our Content: The text, images, designs and logos on this site belong to Happy Design Co. or to the clients who’ve allowed us to show their work. Please don’t reuse them without permission.

3. Client Work: Design, development, hosting and support for clients are governed by the proposal or agreement signed for that project. If anything in a signed agreement differs from these terms, the agreement wins.

4. Internal Tools: Some tools we run, including ones that connect to Google accounts, are built for Happy Design Co.’s own use and only connect to accounts we control. They aren’t offered as a service to the public. How they handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Links to Other Sites: This site links to client sites and other websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

6. No Warranty: This website and its content are provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or online.

7. Limitation of Liability: To the extent the law allows, Happy Design Co. isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
